Amendments to the resolution to the resolution of the CMU dated August 1, 2013 No. 927

Regarding the requirements for automobile gasoline, diesel, marine and boiler fuels

CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE RESOLUTION dated August 1, 2013 No. 927

On the approval of the Technical Regulation on requirements for automobile gasoline, diesel, marine and boiler fuels.

According to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees:

{Introductory part with changes introduced in accordance with Resolution of the CM No. 967 of 09/23/2020}

1. Approve the attached Technical Regulation on requirements for automobile gasoline, diesel, marine and boiler fuels.

{Clause 1 with changes introduced in accordance with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 967 of 09/23/2020}

{Item 2 is excluded on the basis of Resolution of the CM No. 967 of 09/23/2020}

{Item 3 is excluded on the basis of Resolution of the CM No. 967 of 09/23/2020}

4. This resolution enters into force six months after its publication.
