Resolution of January 23, 2024 No. 75 on Amendments to the Technical Regulations

Regarding the requirements for automotive gasoline, diesel, marine, and boiler fuels

CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE RESOLUTION dated January 23, 2024, No. 75 On Amending the Technical Regulation Regarding the Requirements for Automotive Gasoline, Diesel, Marine, and Boiler Fuels

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees:

1. To amend the Technical Regulation regarding the requirements for automotive gasoline, diesel, marine, and boiler fuels, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution dated August 1, 2013, No. 927 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 2, p. 35; 2020, No. 86, p. 2765; 2022, No. 25, p. 1360, No. 42, p. 2285), as per the attached amendments.

“2. This resolution shall come into force on the day of its publication.”
