Batch of products
Carrying out works oncertification of products under the Scheme 1 includes the following stages:
- Execution of a certification agreement for works;
- Submission to the CAB LLC "NVP"DIN LTD" application for certification of products in the system NVP"DIN LTD", which contains all the necessary information to carry out the certification process according to the respective certification scheme (name of products applied for certification, standards and / or other normative documents, in accordance with which the certification will be carried out, general details of the client, in particular, name and address (es) of location and all other information required in accordance with the relevant certification requirements);
- Analysis of the information provided by the Customer in accordance with the Procedure of the CAB (supply/purchase agreement), accompanying documents indicating the size of the batch of products, other documents that can provide or confirm information about the products required for certification, the availability of documents confirming the origin and quality of products);
- Sampling of the declared products;
- Testing of product samples in an accredited testing laboratory;
- Analysis of the obtained results and decision-making on the possibility of issuing a certificate of conformity;
- Registration in the Register of the system NVP "DIN LTD" and registration of the certificate of conformity (provided that positive results of certification tests and analysis of documentation were achieved);
- Concluding a license agreement.
Scheme No. 2
Mass-produced products (without production inspection)
Carrying out of works on certification of products under the Scheme 2 includes the following stages:
- Execution of a certification agreement for works;
- Submission to the CAB LLC "NVP" DIN LTD " application for certification of products in the system NVP" DIN LTD ", which contains all the necessary information to carry out the certification process according to the relevant certification scheme (name of products applied for certification, standards and / or other normative documents, in accordance with which the certification will be carried out, general details of the client, in particular, name and address (es) of location and all other information required in accordance with the relevant certification requirements);
- Analysis of the information provided by the Customer in accordance with the CAB Procedure (supply / purchase agreement); manufacturer's order or agreement on the granting of authorization during certification, accompanying documents indicating the size of the batch of products, other documents that can provide or confirm information on products that is necessary for certification work, the availability of documents confirming the origin and quality of products);
- Sampling of the declared products;
- Testing of product samples in an accredited testing laboratory;
- Analysis of the obtained results and decision-making on the possibility of issuing a certificate of conformity;
- Registration in the Register of the system of NVP "DIN LTD" and registration of the certificate of conformity (provided that positive results of certification tests and analysis of documentation were achieved) for a period of up to 1 year;
- Drawing up a program of technical supervision, license agreement;
- Carrying out technical supervision of certified products.
Scheme No. 3
Mass-produced products (with production inspection)
Carrying out of works on certification of products under the Scheme 3 includes the following stages:
- Execution of a certification agreement for works;
- Submission to the CAB LLC "NVP" DIN LTD " application for certification of products in the system NVP" DIN LTD ", which contains all the necessary information to carry out the certification process according to the respective certification scheme (name of products applied for certification, standards and / or other normative documents, in accordance with which the certification will be carried out, general details of the client, in particular, name and address (es) of location and all other information required in accordance with the relevant certification requirements);
- Analysis of the information provided by the Customer in accordance with the CAB Procedure (supply / purchase agreement); manufacturer's order or agreement on the granting of authorization during certification, accompanying documents indicating the size of the batch of products, other documents that can provide or confirm information on products that is necessary for certification work, the availability of documents confirming the origin and quality of products);
- Conducting a production survey;
- Sampling of the declared products;
- Testing of product samples in an accredited testing laboratory;
- Analysis of the obtained results and decision-making on the possibility of issuing a certificate of conformity;
- Registration in the Register of the system of NVP "DIN LTD" and registration of the certificate of conformity (provided that positive results of certification tests and analysis of documentation were achieved) for a period of up to 2 years;
- Drawing up a program of technical supervision, license agreement;
- Carrying out technical supervision of certified products.
