Amendments to the resolution to the resolution of the CMU of July 29, 2020 No. 667

Regarding the requirements for liquefied gas for road transport, communal and household consumption and industrial purposes

CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE RESOLUTION dated July 29, 2020 No. 667

On the approval of the Technical Regulation on requirements for liquefied gas for road transport, communal and household consumption and industrial purposes.

According to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Technical Regulations and Conformity Assessment"

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees:

1. Approve the Technical Regulation on requirements for liquefied gas for road transport, communal and household consumption and industrial purposes (attached to the original).
2. Include in the list of types of products in respect of which state market surveillance bodies carry out state market surveillance, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 28, 2016 No. 1069 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2017 ., No. 50, Article 1550), the change that is attached.
3. The Ministry of Energy to ensure the implementation of the Technical Regulations approved by this resolution.
4. This resolution enters into force on the day of termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.

5. Within six months from the date of entry into force of this resolution, it is allowed to provide liquefied gas on the market, which was put into circulation before the date of entry into force of this resolution and whose quality indicators do not meet all or some requirements Technical regulations approved by this resolution.
