Resolution No. 1197 of October 21, 2022 on amending Clause 4 of CMU Resolution No. 667

Regarding the requirements for liquefied gas for automotive transport, municipal and domestic use, and industrial purposes

CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE RESOLUTION dated October 21, 2022, No. 1197 On Amending Paragraph 4 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution dated July 29, 2020, No. 667

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decrees:

To amend paragraph 4 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution dated July 29, 2020, No. 667 “On Approval of the Technical Regulation regarding the Requirements for Liquefied Gas for Automotive Transport, Municipal and Domestic Use, and Industrial Purposes” (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 63, p. 2046; 2021, No. 88, p. 5653) to read as follows:

“4. This resolution shall come into force on the day of the cessation or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.”
